What Is The Great Homes Tour?
The Great Homes Tour is a new, free community event showcasing new homes from four esteemed builders in three desirable Treasure Valley communities. Event attendees will experience the latest in home design and new construction while they get a first-hand look at nine exceptional homes. From innovative floor plans to upscale amenities, visitors will explore meticulously crafted homes, gaining insight into the quality and attention to detail that define each builder’s work.

Pinnacle: Located southeast of Locust Grove and Lake Hazel.
Quartet: Located east of Black Cat and north of Ustick.
Cartwright Ranch: Located between Cartwright Rd and Seaman’s Gulch Rd. in the Boise Foothills.
