Once you have moved into your new home, taking care of it is just as important as building it. We are committed to providing expert advice on how to best take care of your home to make it last, along with making repairs for items that fall under warranty.

Find Your New Home

Just because we have finished building your home doesn’t mean we don’t care about maintaining the quality of it. If you find a defect within the first year of your occupancy, please let us know by submitting a warranty claim and we will get it fixed as soon as possible. All warranty claims must include a photo of the issue.

After 30 days of occupancy, we will remind you to submit a warranty claim if you find any defects in your new home. This first month allows you to find any areas of your home that need attention. After 11 months of occupancy, we will follow up with any outstanding warranty items you may have. Unless there is an emergency, please refrain from submitting claims after one year of occupancy.
